RYP Trustees

Membership/Meetings: At least 6 per year.
Attending:
All RYP Trustees/Directors RYP Chief Officer RYP
LBRUT Principal Youth Officer,
Councillor Rep – Cllr Macleod (Both non voting)
Previous Minutes (RYP members only)

FUNCTIONS:
All final RYP governance decisions (strategic, HR, financial, performance management, policies and other) Ensuring adherence to charitable objects Receive and agree all operational reports (including regular CO reports)

Young Parents Project Advisory Group

Membership/Meetings: At least 6 per year. Normally one week before Trustee meet.
Attending:
Young Parents Project Worker,
RYP CO,
Relevant professionals- LBRUT Housing, health visitors, Connexions, LBRUT Youth Service, Youith participation worker, PCT Teenage Pregnancy co-ordinator
young parents, nominated RYP Trustee.

FUNCTIONS:

Off the Record Advisory Group

Membership/Meetings: At least 6 per year. Normally one week before Trustee meet.

OTR co-ordinator,
RYP CO,
counsellors rep,
CAMHs rep,
nominated RYP Trustee (Deputy Chair)

FUNCTIONS:
To receive operational OTR (and RYP CO reports.) To discuss and agree work strategies. Networking and collaboration. To report attendance figures (sexual health clinic) Financial reporting

King’s Field Advisory Group

Membership/Meetings: At least 6 per year. Normally one week before Trustee meet.

KF Co-ordinator,
Café manager,
Young people,
RYP CO,
LBRUT Parks rep,
Local Residents,
Veolia site manager
nominated RYP Trustee (Deputy Chair)

FUNCTIONS:
To develop services and projects from KF café. To engage young people in the management of the café. To ensure all parties are aware of developments on site

DDP and YCB Advisory Group

Membership/Meetings: At least 6 per year. Normally one week before Trustee meet.
Attending:
DDP Co-ordinator and worker,
YCB co-ordinator,
RYP CO,
LBRUT Parks, LBRUT Youth Service, Police rep, Teenage pregnancy co-ordinator, Connexions, LBRUT Youth Participation worker,
